REPAIRS & INSPECTIONS

All vans are inspected by our team of mechanics before they’re ready for the road. We also offer customers a 3-month or 3,000 km guarantee on their gearbox and engine.

Choose from our standard and high roof long wheelbase campervans. Most people will be able to stand straight in our high roof vans.


SELF-CONTAINED

All our vans are self-contained, with flushing toilets, making camping around New Zealand easier and more environmentally friendly.

All our vans undergo WOF inspections. After an inspection, your vehicle gets a fresh new WOF certificate.

Valid Driver’s License

You can drive in New Zealand with your driver’s license (if it’s in English) or an international driver’s license. A New Zealand driver’s license is required if you'll be driving in New Zealand longer than 12 months.

Self-Contained Van

You can camp with a self-contained vehicle in campgrounds that allow self-contained vehicles. All of our vans are self-contained, with flushing toilets.

Insurance

While optional, travelling with insurance in New Zealand is ideal, especially for an extended period. Get CCM Insurance through us and enjoy 5% off on your insurance coverage.


Vehicle Warranty

We understand that breakdowns can happen, especially to older vehicles. Since most backpacker vans are older vehicles, we offer our customers with a guarantee on their engine and gearbox for 3 months or within 3,000 from the collection date.
